Start a project

The questions
that actually come up.

These come up on almost every first call, so here are the honest answers before you ask.

  • They overlap more than the labels suggest. The same engineers who built our exchange front end built the crawler behind Sonar and the desktop app behind Manifest. What stays constant is how we work: small team, typed code, ship early. What changes is the runtime.

  • Both, and each one funds the other. Manifest, Business OS, Sonar, Co-work and Gassless are ours, running in production. Client projects get the same team and the same standards, not a separate B-squad.

  • That is the normal case. Scoping, architecture, design, build, store review and the releases after launch. We would rather own the whole path than hand a repo over halfway and hope.

  • Often, yes. We join the repo, follow your conventions and review each other's pull requests. The goal is that your team can keep moving after we leave, not that they inherit something only we understand.

  • Most work lands between a four-week build and a three-month one. We scope to a fixed price once the problem is clear, and if something has to give we cut scope before quality.
